DELIVERY OF GOODS

To place an order through the VICTORIA-HAPPY online store, you need to choose the model of clothing you like, select the size and add it to the basket, then go through a few simple steps of ordering in stages.

After placing an order, a personal manager will contact you in order to confirm the availability of the goods in the warehouse and clarify the details of the order, choose the most suitable method of delivery and payment for the goods.

Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine. After placing an order, a confirmation with the order number and payment information will be sent to your email address.

It can take 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched!

 

The specified deadlines can be met only if during registration and ordering you provided all the data necessary to send your order, otherwise the processing time of the order may be extended by the time required to clarify the data.

If during registration you have specified all the data required to send your order, the order will be sent without a preliminary phone call to you, you will be informed about sending by e-mail and SMS.

Free delivery on the territory of Ukraine for orders over UAH 2500.00, subject to payment for the order on the website!

  If you made an order on Sunday or a holiday, then its formation is shifted to the first business day following the day of placing the order. The city of dispatch is Kiev.

Please note: if several orders have been placed - each order will be sent as a separate parcel with its own shipment number, multiple orders will not be combined into one order.

The prepaid product can only be received by the person to whom the delivery is made.

When receiving an order, you must have a passport or driver's license with you.

- targeted delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service in your city at the rates of Nova Poshta

- delivery by Ukrposhta service - according to Ukrposhta tariffs

 

Payment for the order:

- payment by VISA or MASTERCARD

- payment to bank account according to details

- upon receipt of the order (the recipient pays a commission (2%)  for cash on delivery at the rates of New Mail or Ukrposhta)

Before choosing delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service, check the availability of the pick-up point in your city, indicate the city, department, Surname, First name, Patronymic of the recipient, phone number of the recipient.

 

On average, the delivery time by "Nova Poshta" to the warehouse of "Nova Poshta" is 1-2 days, the cost  delivery by "New Mail"  on the  warehouse  "Nova Poshta ", payment at the rates of Nova Poshta. You can get the order at the warehouse of "Nova Poshta", specified in the order when placing it on the website.

 

For delivery by "Nova Poshta" by the courier to the address specified during registration on the website, when placing an order, you must specify the appropriate delivery method, while in the settlement indicated for delivery there must be at least one warehouse of "Nova Poshta", the cost of delivery by "Nova Poshta" courier at the rates of New Mail.  

 

For delivery by "Ukrposhta", when placing an order, you will need to select the delivery method "Ukrposhta". Delivery by the state enterprise "Ukrposhta" is made to any locality in Ukraine. The cost of delivery by "Ukrposhta" within Ukraine at the tariffs of "Ukrposhta", plus interest and commission for cash on delivery according to the tariffs of Ukrposhta. On average, the delivery time by Ukrposhta is  4 - 8 days, you can receive your order  at your post office.

If the product is in stock, we make the dispatch within 1-2 days after placing the order. 
You pay for delivery upon receipt of the goods.
Return of goods is possible. All costs associated with the return / exchange of goods are borne by the buyer.

Pay  Please note that after 5 days of storage of the goods in the warehouse of Nova Poshta, the goods are returned back or a penalty is charged for storing the parcel.
